There’s something so special about putting together a gift basket for someone you love—especially when it’s for their baby shower! My best friend is expecting her sweet little one soon, and I knew I wanted to go all out with a personalized, thoughtful gift that was not only practical, but also so cute.

I found the perfect basket—it was the perfect size and had that simple, cozy look I was going for. I found it at my local Walmart but they are sold out! Amazon has a few great options as well! From there, I started adding all the little touches that made it really come to life.

One of my favorite pieces was a sweet “Love You to the Moon and Back” sign. It felt so sentimental and perfect for a nursery or changing table area. 💫

Then I found the cutest baby blue Tumblr! I thought it was a fun, unexpected touch to include something for her too.

For the baby, I added some soft, comfy onesies in neutral colors that are easy to mix and match, plus adorable baby socks (you guys, they were tiny and precious!). I got a little crafty and threaded a string across the side of the basket to create a mini sock clothesline—and it turned out so cute. It gave the whole basket this playful, handmade feel that I absolutely loved.

I also included a few blue pacifiers—because let’s be honest, you can never have too many of those on hand with a newborn! 💙

Of course, I couldn’t forget a snuggly gray elephant plushie—because every baby needs a first soft friend. 🐘 And last but definitely not least, I packed in some diapers—because if you know, you know. Practical AND appreciated!

This basket was so fun to make, and even more fun to give. My best friend absolutely loved it, and I think it added a special personal touch to her shower.
